Is there a policy on (is it even possible) to create new objects/crafts? For someone with enough ic skill?

I don't know if there's a policy, so much as a general way of doing things.
Custom objects are rare(outside of 'plot-necessary' stuff), but crafts have been added in/changed at request(as long as it's sensible). This is just what I've seen.

We're more than open to adding new crafts, variables, and whatever else you can think of, but we have a fairly strict policy of no unique variables, items, or crafts.

So say like a low-level craft to fix up a broken down section of Rust, to show how dilapidated the whole environment is, or at least jury-rig it so it's less junky than before, but still lookin' pretty bad? Kinda like those random areas on the Atlas where the ship was falling apart and people would have to fix them up
