Er, not sure how I missed this, (though I won't be much help). I've never felt comfortable doing it personally, since it feels like I'm 'grading' too much. There's a thread for it that uses a weird spreadsheet, that I honestly can't say I've ever really looked at much.

If there's enough interest, we can go back to how it was done on ARPI. PM Staff, we update a thread with the list of players who want feedback, people post, etc. Or maybe the spreadsheet way is easier? Up to you guys.

Well, I suppose the spreadsheet is more efficient, but without the constant reminder it's actually there like a thread does, it's easy to forget about.
