Cheats! I don't remember Belle's skills that well. I just remember that she would have been (even more) brutal because she wasn't going to cap combat skills. Peak dex. I'm still mildly dissatisfied with her stats, but obviously they didn't inhibit her that much.

Peak dex is pretty lousy because almost nobody's ever even capped one or two of their combat skills, even with low average.
