Hello.

When I tried to use the assemble jewelcrafting-case craft, it didn't work. I had all the needed materials in the room with me (and I double-checked, and tried holding them and not holding them) but it still didn't work. It said I needed the following (even though I did have them in the room)

an intact, steel hammer
a rusty chisel
an old, magnifying glass

I think this is a bug, or am I doing something wrong? I don't -think- I did.

I've noticed that many of the tool objects found in scavving have the same description as the items called for to make the tool kits, but aren't actually the same item (if you exa them, it doesn't list the toolkit assemble crafts).

Such as...

an old, magnifying glass
an intact, steel hammer
a sewing needle
a length of string

(these are the ones I've verified myself, so I'm gonna guess it's all of them)

So I figure something has to be adjusted, staff side.

There was an incorrect item on the scav lists that was variabled to all of those things. If you have enough for a kit, please petition up, and put those items on the ground. An admin will be along to handle it.

Pretty sure this came from a craftchange that just used all of those as one single item split across however many variables, so if you had two hammers instead of a hammer and a chisel, the craft would still work.

Was an Atlas-era change, I think? Viking might know. I prefered it that way personally.

It is a poor craftsman who blames his tools.

It made crafting kits a negligible thing to make.

I prefer the specific tools so that people have to actually make an effort.
