Looks like the wiring construction craft for small buildings has been changes so you only lose half of the (massive amount of) material if you fail.
Any thoughts of extending this theme to all of the construction crafts?

For electronics, maintain firebreather, based on the existing maintain food-processor and maintain floor-radio crafts.
Not suggesting that the firebreather wear down like like a food processor does. Simply a basic practice craft for those who don't have access to a food processor and/or floor radio.

I don't think any crafts will be put in just for the sake of practice. I did put in some mid-level crafts that should be more indie friendly. Mechanics can now make small batteries, sleek batteries, battery cells, as well as make/repair medical dummies.

Not entirely necessary, but, I'd like an electronics craft to check how much power is remaining in a battery. Uses one use of a diagnostic tool (because there are a lot of those), tells you how many hours remaining without needing to put it in something else. Doesn't really need a skill check, can just be like cutting bandages for medicine.

Isn't *exactly* what you're after, but if you didn't know, you can 'examine' a radio with a battery in it to see how many more hours the battery will last.
| Code: |
exam radio
It is a simple, brown, handheld radio.
Is it switched on, and has about 200 hours of power left. It uses
Battery power units. It is set to transmit over channel 101. |

Am aware. Was talking about a version where you didn't need to input five or six commands to check a battery's life.
