The upgrade command has been re-implemented, with a delay of 3 RL months between upgrades.
HELP UPGRADE is up to date aside from that change.

A command that was added and not mentioned:
Sip. It's purely an RP command that lets you take a small sip of something. Useful for the small cups of booze so you don't just rp chugging them down. This command doesn't actually affect your thirst, so please continue to use drink for that (which should no longer require you to drink 100).
Also, the get command has been reverted to no longer break movement. Please note that people caught abusing the bug that this was meant to fixed will find their access to the game abruptly curtailed. This is the only warning, and ignorance will not be taken as an excuse.
Lastly, you might notice that the time between forages in the same room has been increased, slightly.

Oh, and teaching someone medicine now requires them to have basic competency in first aid.

Market scrip can now be earned by working in the marketplace using 'work slum-tasks', and used to purchase patterns and crafting kits.

Simple, ordinary, and good drugs have been somewhat rebalanced. In general, they have been slightly nerfed. The better drugs also require higher skill levels.
This probably won't be noticeable until the current stock of drugs IG dwindles.
