This is probably an old bug and refers to a bunch of different things, but there's a minor issue with holding a vial of any kind and doing

a climate-controlled cabinet of tubes and vials
. It shows you the vial you're holding, followed by the blue text explaining how many extracted compounds are in the cabinet.
