I started Atonement Alpha about 1.5 weeks in. Combat was few and far between - there were only a handful of objects, and very few people played but the staff made the story and atmosphere fun. I say go with Atonement Code if you are allowed to - it was good enough as I saw it.

Just my two cents.

Cheers.

A good two cents, but I doubt anything is going to happen at this point. :/

shame

Bring back Pre-Bombing Grungetown and go from there. Let it grow organically instead of along forced and predictable roots.

If we were allowed to re-open Grungetown, I would.

Sod 'em, do it anyways. Do what the big people do and rebrand, alter and tweak.

Behold Mungetown!

Which bombing? And besides. There's plenty of options. Just gotta look at them.

I don't personally have a problem with someone re-creating a new, Grungetown-like game with new NPCs and whatnot. So long as whatever happens isn't in the same world/timeline/universe as Atonement, the building and work done for Atonement can be used however you folks want.

AKA, I'd love for that work to help you create a new RPI (or multiple new RPIs). You just need a new story to tell.

There's apparently not a whole lot left to be done for Parallel. Game design and crafting, that's it. I've offered to do all the writing for the crafts and items that go along with them just waiting for a response from Viking.

This. This. This.

Do something, someone, please, I beg of you. Finish Parallel, make a new RPI with a Grungetown-ish feel and setting. Too many ideas get thrown around and not enough action is taken. (Jaunt you should totes be my savior.)

I would do something, but unfortunately I'm a lowly noob with no skills, respect or authority.
