I just connected to test it, and it works fine on my IOS. I would never do it. They made netbooks for a reason.

Nope, I just get a message that says "Attempting connection to parallel.com:4500" forever. I'm able to connect to other MUDs (via a paid app) with no problems.

I would assume it is your mobile's settings, then. I just tested an iPad as well and it worked just fine. Now, what settings on an ipad would fail to connect to a 4500 address is beyond me...

Just assuming that "Attempting connection to parallel.com:4500" is a direct copy and paste, perhaps you may have more luck trying to connect to parallelrpi.com:4500 as opposed to parallel.com?
