Without arguing about the silliness or not of sparring, there are plenty of objects already in game geared for use as inferior weapons (and thus ideal for sparring). I expect I'm setting myself up for a removal of these objects in their entirety, but as things stand, l-blades are the only skillset lacking in spar-ability.

The scavable longblades are called randome things like Japanese words ikarum or something like that.

Actually one of the advantages of the bludgeon skill is that it's pretty easy to get your hands on a weapon, even if it's a shitty one. Several types of tools and utensils such as frying pans count as bludgeon weapons, too. Rumour has it that trash-bludgeons can even be scavenged in a few places throughout the slums...
There are some sports blades like fencing foils and such which were meant for non-lethal combat, but it doesn't look like they're currently obtainable. I'll give it some consideration.
