I'm not angry, but I'm getting there.
When you pick a scav destination. Go there. Some people expect to go to the factory, and end up at the prison.
And also, if you go pick somewhere, try not to go 5 rooms in and be done with it. A colossal waste of time that could be used to do something else. Spending two hours for 3 failed rolls get old, real fast.
It drives people off, and kills the interest.

Gonna echo this, and add that I legitimately am mad.
Just not going to go on scav runs anymore till I know it's stopped. I know that's not a big loss, but I'm guessing I'm not the first and that I won't be the last.
