So a couple days back, i decided to undergo some construction. After talking to some people ICly, I know the first step, which requires Staff input/ Assistance.
I sent a support request on the site that day, and haven't heard back. Am I doing it right? What's the proper way to handle these sorts of things?

I'd say either petition ig or email to (potentially) get their attention again. It might be they've just missed it. Staff are very busy, et cetera, etc...

You'll probably want to send it to staff@parallelrpi.com, instead of any specific one staff member.

Just send an email and bump it. Sometimes staff don't cc replies and we assume things get handled.
