Always wanted to see primitive weapons like bows and arrows under the hunting category. Seems like they'd be easy to make, plenty of bone for the structure and poly material for string. Harvest teeth for arrowheads.
Throwing with one hand and a shield in the other, makes me think of a 300 type of combatant. Give bonuses to kick people down wells and all that.

Once shot a lagato in the head with eight sling bullets and checked to see if it did anything. Nope. But it did wander around with a bunch of lugnuts lodged into its face.
