How long is 'slightly'? And is this effecting the already constantly stripped out sewers?

This shouldn't have any effect on the sewers.
The exact timing isn't important, as people rarely reforage the same room regardless of the current times.

OKies. i was only worried that the sewers would stay stripped longer. Cause it's already hard to get in there at a time to get anything.

If anything, this should make it easier for other people to scavenge the sewers, since the time it takes for a sewer room to refresh is less than the timer, now.
