People having amiable fisticuffs in the Boozer (and back in Atonement, the Doghouse) is a time-honoured tradition.

Just because something's been done for a long time doesn't mean it's a good thing.

I think it's twinky and eyeroll-inducing also.

A convenient time to use set melee, no doubt. Some people at least do the decent thing and emote during combat, which is especially easy with brawling as fights take forever.

Otherwise, if they don't, there's no spam for you to ignore, either.
