Wait...there's gonna be a sixth season of Breaking Bad??? |
No, technically it's just the second half of season 5, which only aired 8 episodes so far. This is the end of Breaking Bad though.
My current job puts me in a position where I have few options for entertainment, and television has quickly become a really easy and lazy obsession of mine.
I really enjoy Falling Skies. But I grew up on Noah Wyle on ER.
Sons of Anarchy has its moments too, and I am not above mentioning I have met Katey Sagal in person.
I still watch Dexter and True Blood, though they both are pushing the boundry of just where they both can go, in my opinion.
Justified is another guilty pleasure of mine. Ever since I saw TImothy Olyphant in Deadwood (which is also amazing) i've been a big fan.
A lot of the netflix Original Series are pretty good. Orange is the New Black is okay, though I feel it fell short of House of Cards and even Hemlock Grove, both of which are good, and I love how Netflix puts them all out at once.
The US version of Shameless is a pretty great adaptation of the UK version, but I enjoy them both a lot. My only complaint there is they follow very similar plot-lines through a good bit of the story, though it's kind of mixed up in order.

So I'd consider taking that suggestion, but really, though, I'd rather not watch the series and just believe it's nothing but porn, if only for the kick it gives me to make my little sister so very uncomfortable. Wink

If it is Orange is the New Black, there's actually very little nudity after the first episode, which felt like merely a hook to keep viewers watching for more.

Justified is great, just because of how much I love Olyphant. One of my PCs in Atonement's Beta was completely inspired by that show. (Thanks Bogre)
Hell On Wheels is also surprisingly good, as a traditional western. Not as good as Deadwood, though, of course.
I've only watched the first several episodes of Orange is the New Black, and I've enjoyed it so far- but yeah, it's not as good as House of Cards, but that's because House of Cards is fucking phenomenal.
I enjoy Sons of Anarchy, too. Though, it's been getting sort of weird.
I also watched Defiance, except for the last few episodes. It wasn't bad. Just, severely lacking in characters that weren't fucking dumb.

To wave my British flag, I would also recommend Copper on BBCA.

A big fan of being human, (both british and american versions) and Hemlock grove. Both pretty cool IMO
