So, I'm been using MUSHClient for all my RPI needs but I've been wondering what other programs people might use. Or even better, what scripts and things to improve visibility and playability (mostly during combat). I'd be really interested to see if anyone had found a way to separate system messages from RP messages.

Been using Mushclient for years now, though I've gotten a lot rusty with scripting on it ever since I started playing RPIs. I do however remember making some kind of script to hide certain messages for someone on Atonement, but I'll have to look and see what it was.

Editted to add: Well, I can't find the script. And I'm not sure if you mean system messages on the game or if your version has some kind of messaging that lets you know of updates or something; my version doesn't have it, but I can imagine later ones having that.

I use Mudlet. I have foraging gagged, except for mine - helps some small amount with group stuff. I wish I could find a way to gag all the individual movement lines and re-route anything with the keyword 'you' in it to another window, but I've not played with it yet.

I meant more combat spam messages. Though what Kog mentioned about foraging would be nifty, too. Being able to see and track emotes in one window while the system messages flooded by in another would be wonderful. This is all way beyond my simple knowledge of how to use triggers, though.

Same. Except I don't ever actually use my phone to MUD on because I can't type fast enough. BUT I HAVE IT.

Though my soul may set in darkness,
it will rise in perfect light.
I have loved the stars too fondly
to be fearful of the night.
