Bartle - try and stick to two paragraph maximum. Those walls of text really are impenetrable.
What I might suggest doing some sort of post on the board of your clan? But that does introduce an OOC element. Depends on personal comfort.

I believe the problem stated was that putting it on the clan board means that it is then driven into the morass of everyday posts that people make about various things, making it very difficult to go through. I mean, even just a seperate NPC with the tag "history board" would be really cool to have.
