Agree, mostly. You should probably fade to black/I can't see any reason not to in public, but...on the other hand, people can always FTB as soon as someone new enters anyway, which is enough to soothe any worries I have. I almost said "classily FTB," but it's raunchy filthy dirty bathroom sex so that's not an option.

I agree that no sexy business should really be happening in the Boozer without an adult flag, for the reasons mentioned by Matt.
However, an adult flag prevents anyone from happening upon something they weren't expecting/wouldn't consent to. That's why they exist, right?
And the reason people DO have sex in the Boozer bathrooms is because there isn't a neutral place to boink. Some people have shanties or shops, and if you're in the same Family you can use the adult room at your base, but a lot of people just don't have anywhere more private to take someone. It also makes IC sense, which I like.
But if the Boozer is too much new player ground zero, a flagged room could be offered elsewhere (down an alley or in a busted-up building or something like that).
ETA: Heh, heh. This makes it seem like I've got all this action going on. Which is funny because of irony.
