How do I pick a variable with more then one word?

I've looked through tons of helpfiles, and i've tried every combination, and lack there-of of the words in the tag I want. I've tried the number of the selection on the tag as well. But none of it works, and I keep getting random variables. How do I select the one I want?

If the variable has one of those in it, than use the other.
